I'll put in my 2 cents and recommend RIMCO for rebushing the throttle shafts too.  I 
had them do the one on my bus.  It made that engine run so much smoother.  I was 
amazed. 

When I first tried to switch over to stock solexes from webers the solexes leaked very 
badly.  Not just a little trickle.  I had RIMCO rebush them and they're great now.

So how do you plan to get them unstuck Russ?  I've got another pair of solexes that I 
bought when I started working on my conversion.  Luckily I found another set that 
weren't stuck.
