Hmmmm... Any idea which years each one is? The one on my running square feels very very cheap and I'm thinking it's one of those cheap "beetle screen replacement" thingys they sell at every FLAPS. Wonder if it's the right size? Are people aware, that there are 3 different stock oil screens for T-3's?? Depending on when your engine was built. The difference is in the diameter of the oil suction pipe. The early one had a 12mm suction pipe. The stock oil screen was just a rounded dome shape. The next was 14mm diameter. Its screen was was dome shape, but with a grooved depression in the top of the screen. The third was 16mm, and the screen is the one with the aluminum piece in the middle, and the spring piece inside. this spring was a relief for when the screen was plugged with ice or sludge.
