[T3] Wheel Offset

In responding to a question on TheSamba earlier today, I found this 
website with a very comprehensive list of OEM VW wheel specs including 
offset and part numbers.  It made for some interesting comparisons.

By the numbers here, most the 4" wide Beetle wheels really shouldn't be 
a problem with fitment on our Type 3s since the offset is 40mm compared 
to our 46mm.  The narrower wheel making up for the difference in 
offset.  There are also wheels that would clearly be problematic such 
as the 5-1/2" Super Beetle Sport wheels from 72 and 73.  These are 
wider and only have a 26mm offset.
