I agree with you Josh, but I'm one of the few as well I guess. :)

I really started to enjoy it over the past year or two and always looked 
forward to the latest issue. I'm going to miss it.

As for refunds/cancellations, usually what happens when a mag folds is 
that they hook up with another mag they think you might like & continue 
your subscription, with the option to cancel if that's what you want.

When "George" folded a few years ago, for example, they gave me a 
two-year subscription to "Wired." If I didn't want it (I didn't), they 
said I could call customer service for a refund. It was processed almost 
immediately.
