I've been having trouble with my 68 SB FI. The last few weeks it had started very slowly, barely idling and then would reach full idle in about 3-5 minutes depending in how cold it was. I would also get some backfiring as well. It got the point where it would run OK when driving, but would stall if the RPMs came down. Now it has not wanted to start the past few days. It cranks over fine, but will not catch. I had a new cap and rotor, plugs and wires installed last year. I cleaned the rotor and contacts for corrosion. Since it is FI, I do get the smell of fuel. Any clues? Brian __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
