[T3] Invasion site update

<x-flowed>I added the latest "planned invaders" to the site and made what  I 
think is an improvement to the Invaders Map and List.  I broke the map 
into regions and grouped the Invaders in the list by those regions.  As 
additional Invaders are added, I will put them in the appropriate 
region of the list.  Should make it a little easier to identify 
potential caravaners.

I also added a link to Toby Erkson's picture album from the 2002 
Invasion.  Thanks Toby!  Really brought back some great memories 
looking at those pictures.

BTW, nearly 300 hits to the site already and it has only been a week
