[T3] Starting issue

<x-flowed>Kinda strange issue I have, maybe someone here could help:

My '63 Notchback, still 6V, takes a few seconds to start to turn over 
when trying to start it.  I turn the key, lights on dash go out, then 
2-3 seconds later it starts to crank.  Nothing happens during the 2-3 
seconds I wait.  Could it be a ground problem or something along those 
lines preventing the starter from firing right away?  Any help is 
appreciated.
