RE:type3 throttle cable (was NEW 69 FASTBACK OWNER)

I  chewed through several throttle cables - luckily, only caught once 
without a spare (and that time I had a buddy, who rode in back w/ engine 
cover open and worked the carb linkage by hand).
J-Bugs sells a beefier cable, apparently made for off-road dune buggies & 
such, correct length for a T3, about twice the diameter of our originals but 
still slides thru the tube no problem.  It does have a different front tip, 
one would need to make an adapter (a longish bolt would do) to mate it to a 
stock T3 gas pedal.
Mine's lasted 3+ years, daily driving.
