Congrats on getting it running better, Jim. A couple of quick responses to some of your points: 1. If I recall correctly, the pressure switch will not affect how the car runs at idle. You must have a MT '68 or '69 if you have a pressure switch.. correct? 2. Fuel pressure is very easy to measure. I made up a gage using a $4.00 hardware store gage (60 psi will let you measure 30 psi in the middle of the gage range), a length of 5/16" fuel line and a nipple. Connect this to a "T" connector that is between an injector pair (I think it should be between injectors #1 and #2). You want around 28-30 psi. I don't think pressure regulators go bad often, so yours is probably fine. 3. Consider testing your injectors for leaks. There is a good procedure in the Bentley manual. 4. What's your system voltage? It is frequently pointed out here that low voltage leads to rich FI.
