What you need to do is cut the pipe just where it enters the 46mm nut into the heaterbox. Then put the heaterbox in a vice... a STRONG vice, and heat that nut orange hot, let it cool to just dark and put a wrench on it... it will most likely come out. You need an Oxy torch to do this.
