Speaking of timing marks, is it true that in all the years of various type 3 engines, there were only 2 different versions of timing markings? In fact, it appears that only 1 was used up thru '71. This just seems too good to be true. I have always assumed that there must have been some early pulleys with some different markings. If there were, what were they? -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
