<x-flowed>I wrapped the hot wire to terminal 87 on the pump relay and the ground 
simply went to the ground wire on that relay (the ground wire it 
grounded on the screw that holds the relay to the rear seat kick 
board).  I studied my Bentley at John's place to figure out where to put 
the wire :-)

I've got some work to do tomorrow...
