Item 26 terminal 85. This is the wire that makes the pump relay run. That connector 20 is near the tranny dipstick. Between the FI harness, and the main harness. You can actually make the pump run from the engine compartment by grounding that wire with the key on and the engine not running. If that wire is disconnected, the pump will not run. > -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
