See the wire going to the fuel pump relay at the bottom of the page.
Item 26 terminal 85. This is the wire that makes the pump relay run.
That connector 20 is near the tranny dipstick. Between the FI harness,
and the main harness. You can actually make the pump run from the engine
compartment by grounding that wire with the key on and the engine not
running.
If that wire is disconnected, the pump will not run.
