It doesn't bother me that it's thin, but it does bother me that there's supposed to be 1 gasket and 2 steel shims there. The 2 shims mean that there are 3 interfaces, so why does just one get a gasket? And yes, that's the way they all came from the factory: 1 gasket, 2 shims.
