Trouble is, you have to go thru a lot of meatheads and pay for it in the 
process; many examples of this happening right here on the list.

 Yeah, I've known several Social Science majors and quite a number of 
teachers and they have their jobs because they do it for the love of the 
job, not the money.  And money is not a reliable indicator of success...
