[T3] Case Markings

<x-flowed>Looking over the case that I have for Sophy's new engine, I noticed 
something I have not seen before.

In the flat area right in front of the mounting location for the fuel 
pump, on the raised portion for the distributor clamp mounting hole, 
there is a small "WC" stamped in the case.  The letters are only 5mm 
tall.  Smaller than the engine number letters.

Anyone know what these to letters mean or are there for?

The engine has been rebuilt since it throw the #3 rod at some point in 
its life and the case has a small welded up scar above the #3 cylinder 
spigot.  Maybe it is the rebuilder's initials?

More specifics about the case and engine.  Dual relief, AS41, U5057111 
case number.  I bought only the engine, so I don't know what it came 
out of, but it was set-up for 12V and had stock dual carbs with the 
correct dual carb tin.
