I have the original heater boxes on mine, and my squareback gets plenty hot driving around NE. New door seals made a big difference. It takes about 10-20 minutes to really crank...depending on if I'm driving around town or hitting the highway. Then again-I think modern cars take just as long. Last week I drove temps below 32F, on the highway, and my sqbk was nice and toasty in about 10-15 minutes. On a related note-I'm hoping to get a southwind gas heater installed inmy bus this winter...they put out about 20,000 BTU's -kevin '71 sqbk '65 kombi somerville, ma -----Original Message----- From: Keith Park [mailto:topnotch@nycap.rr.com] Subject: RE: [T3] Eberspacher heater questions With the 72-4 BUS heaterboxes on my T4 motor (To be) will I have sufficient heat in the Square? Fortunately I don't drive it through the winter anymore and I DO have an eberspacher.
