We cannot safely test these parts with gasoline. We test them with air. Through scientific means, it has been established that a 3cc per minute air leak will NOT leak gasoline. This is at 70 psi air pressure. So a system that does not leak gasoline CAN leak air. This works both ways, out of the system or into the system.
