[T3] Won't turn over.

<x-flowed>I left my 71 automatic in a parking garage for 6 months. 
Apparently that destroyed the battery.  I replaced the 
battery and now it does everything but turn over.

I hear the appropriate relay clicks and even the solenoid. 
It just doesn't turn over.

Please don't tell me to crawl underneath and check 
something.  It is in an underground parking structure in a 
tight space that is blocked at the rear and right sides.
