Hm... my 412 wagon is so-so as far as the dirt on the rear windows  
goes. The single best car I ever saw in that respect was a New  
Beetle. It didn't matter how hard it rained, while driving at freeway  
speeds there would be no dirt or water showing on the rear window at  
all. The Golfs I had after that were really bad in that respect. They  
sorely needed that rear wiper...
