I dug up 2 pushrods that were part of pedal assys. lying in my basement. I 
really can't vouch for the history of either, but it seem like more than a 
coincidence that they were both within 0.5mm of each other. I'll go down later 
and see if there's another one there that I can also compare.

I'd go pull one off a working car, but I'm not THAT motivated.   ;-)

Doesn't anyone else have some random late model pedal assys lying around?
