Re: [T3] brake bleeding question

Sorry my mistake. The 19 is cast onto the top of the MC, and I'm almost certain that it is the original.
That would be great if you could scan the info on the rod.
I just got back from my new German friend and not only is he a wealth of know how but he also has a great stash of T3 parts. The front wheel cylinders for my car that I didn't think exsist? He had 4 of them. (they're now mine) He also had original feul pumps, T3rims, early T3 mufflers(coffee can with the tail pipe) Some parts OEM. Needless to say he's my new best friend.

One thing he did mention that I'm going to check today... where the rubber plug with the hose from the resivoir goes into the MC ther is a small metal washer with an oval hole. He said sometimes the rebuilds come without it and maybe mine is missing. He also agreed with you about the pushrod. So I'm checking for the washer and then will attack the pushrod. Thanks for the help and wish me luck.
