Re: [T3] Distributor and breather box questions
<x-flowed>Jim,
In my dune buggy application, the oil breather has had both outlets
connected to nothing. As a result, some oil is sprayed onto the engine. If
I am not using a stock carb setup, and if connecting to the valve covers is
not a good idea, then what should I do? I am very open to suggestion here.
I have seen pictures that appear to show the oil breather line connected to
the air cleaner cover of one of the carbs (not a stock air cleaner).
I am doing an engine rebuild, so the issues that I have with my current
breather is that it is not conected to anything, and that it looks really
crappy. I think that I may clean it up and use it (running out of money
after a trip to my FLAPS for most of a new engine), but I need to connect it
so that it does not drip oil onto my engine.
Also,
Keeping true to the subject line here, any suggestions on where to buy
the correct points for my distributor?

I assume that I will have to find some place to connect the vacuum adv line
to my new carbs. I am getting dual Kadron 40mm carbs. I do not know if
they will have a vacuum connection.
If I cannot work out the vacuum issue, I guess I will have to go to the mech
adv.
Thanks,
