No.  Assuming you've been set up correctly with the stock distributor 
and you have stock dual carbs, with the 009 you'll see a clear 
performance loss, particularly on acceleration, and higher engine temps 
at cruise.

Dunno. The stock Type 1 kit will give the right signal, but you may have 
to modify it to fit under the short cap.
