[T3] is it possible to make my notch a sleeper?

I have always liked the idea of having a car that is a sleeper, stock 
looking but lots of power that is hiding under the hood. Would it be 
possible to take a couple, or a single, porsche turbo chargers and put 
in on my car? What would the complications be if i were to do that?
