[T3] Hydraulic Clutch, Carbs, raise it up.

<x-flowed>"Now I've just got to deal with the fact that it's way to low. or way to stiff is the big problem, but also it's got barely fitting 135s in the front at the moment, and there's just not enough braking traction, [ so I guess my rear disks won't be locking up in advance of the front, since
the braking balance is already thrown."

Now how low is it really? what size tire are you running in the back?
Is the front resting on the rubber bump stops? and what type of shocks are you using?

For the fronts I would recommed a 195/50/15...this tire is great! It will give you more clerance from the body and it will also provide a better tire patch to help slow don the car.

In the back 195/60/15 wil help out there also ...this is a real good combo we use on most of the car we build.

If you are resting on th bump stops you have 2 options:
1..raise the front up
2..cut out th bump stops [yes this will be frowned on by many, but we have done this to many cars ,as this help to make the ride softer...

IF you are running the KYB white shocks...yank them out, they are to stiff and will jar you to death...
Use stock or KYB GRey [low presure]

These are some of the tricks we use....
