to do the job on a Type III.

Also, Anthony from ISP west already has this on his type III.

So, I'm getting pretty sold on this approach.

Well, I've gotten the hydraulic clutch installed.

details, are here:

It works pretty well. It's a bit more of a [dark side] commitment than the bolt in, I was hoping for. But, yea! my clutch is functioning.

Also, my mechanic got the hesitation out of my carbs. His buddy had suggested that he increase the valve lash on the intake valves, so he tried that first, however, in the end it turned out to need bigger mains, air correctors, and he said most importantly the idle jets up from 50 to 60,

So. holy cow, I'm finally able to really drive my new '67 square, without stalling it or, blasting away from the lights.

I've been driving it since I got it back. yea! thanks to the list for being here!. :)

Now I've just got to deal with the fact that it's way to low. or way to stiff is the big problem, but also it's got barely fitting 135s in the front at the moment, and there's just not enough braking traction, [ so I guess my rear disks won't be locking up in advance of the front, since
the braking balance is already thrown. *grin*]

Any suggested strategies for raising it up some, and then getting the most out of the suspension.
