[T3] Parts, parts, parts!

Type 3 listees,

I've got a huge mess of parts here and you guys need to help me sort it out to 
those who need bits and pieces of it. I've got almost anything you might need 
for 68-73 type 3s, especially those plastic and rubber parts that can't be 
found elsewhere. I have a FEW small items from earlier years, but you'll just 
have to inquire about them.

Most of what I've got is used, but I won't send you anything that is less than 
perfectly functional.

I've got:

1) All those plastic parts that go under the dash to plumb up the defroster and 
ventilation. Fresh air airboxes w/fans for the 71-3 cars. Plastic bits to fit 
around the steering column.

2) Rubber bushings for the front and rear suspension. The little plastic 
interior bits and pieces that you can't find anywhere.

3) Almost anything you might need for the FI, charging system, brakes, 
steering, or drive train. Bearings and grease seals. Nuts and bolts.

4) Engine parts, from matched sets of rods to timing gears, crankshafts, fans, 
and pulleys. I have some 1500 rings (specify width.) I have a couple of good 
used type 3 cases and everything you need to go with them. I have sandblasted 
and nicely repainted engine tin for most years. Odd gaskets and misc odd rubber 
and steel fittings. I DON'T have spares of the little tin pieces that go around 
the spark plugs.

5) I have quite a bit of OE black carpet and vinyl interior panels. Some also 
in tan. Also seat belts and all the little washers and fittings for most years.

6) Almost anything you need in the way of exhaust parts, from good used heat 
exchangers to NOS mufflers.

6) Electrical parts from headlight rims to tail light lenses. Switches, 
speedometers, gas gauges, dash lights, starter and generator brushes, and most 
12V bulbs.

7) Locks and latch parts. I can generally put together a matched set of locks 
for your car, or match yours to take a single key, the way they came from the 
factory.

8) I can rebuild your brake calipers, wheel cylinders, and master cylinders. I 
also rebuild odometers and distributors.

9) I have a few large body parts that I'd be happy to find a good home for: 
hoods, rear squareback doors, and a few side doors. These are generally too big 
for me to want to ship them, but if you are desperate, maybe we can work 
something out. I also have sandblasted and nicely repainted wheels from a 
variety of years, but these are also hard to ship.

10) Front axle beams, engines and transmissions, good used condition. Inquire 
with your needs. Will be expensive to ship.

Please ask if you need something. Don't forget to tell me your year and body 
style (sometimes the VIN is useful), and in some cases whether it's AT or MT 
and the color you need.

Sorry, but I don't have front fenders or bumpers.

I can't promise that my prices are better than those anywhere else, but I will 
promise to sell you exactly the right part for your car, as long as you are 
able to tell me exactly what car you have. So write up your want lists and send 
them directly to me, not to the Type 3 email list.
