OK, so there's two small bolts that hold that on the HE. I have a bad
feeling that these bolts are gonna snap on me when I remove them.

Any hints? Liquid wrench and a torch are gonna be a little hard to use here.

Those block-off plates have a groove. to accomodate several different
flange shapes, so I bet they're bound to work.

How does this EGR system function specifically? Does energizing it open
or close the EGR valve? What's the trigger for the EGR function?
