Certainly the Bentley isn't perfect, and I LIKE the name "bell flange" because it is really descriptive of the part, but the VW microfilm calls it a retaining flange. > so. When you get them, be sure to compare the length with the ones on your car. This will be difficult, but I suspect that's the only difference between these parts for type 1s and type 3s.
