Are you sure the line is leaking in the tunnel? I've never seen them actually leak there, even in cars which were completely rusted out everywhere else. I'd suspect that there was a leak at one end which might run down the tube and into the tunnel from the end, instead. I don't know how hard it might be to replace. It may actually be welded somewhere inside there. As for the length, you should be able to measure it pretty easily from below; it's almost straight. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ Shameless link for search engines: http://listarchive.type3.org ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
