In addition to the parts Ian suggests to you, I THINK it may be the case that you also need to replace the rear subframe and modify (or weld in) the top of the tunnel. It was only in 79 ory 71 when they made more parts fit either AT or MT, so up to then I think the tunnel and rear subframe were different.
