Steven, I have just finished doing one - I am located in South Africa so I have hit a minor snag with the driveshafts (the Auto IRS shafts don't fit) as these are not available in SA, but I am sorting this out. What I can do is write up the whole procedure in a Word document (Parts needed, an idea of skills/tools & how I went about it) - This will take me a few days but it will be helpful to anyone wanting to do the conversion.
