[T3] Fasty Popout Removal Tips

Hi,

Are there any tips or tricks to removing the popouts
and seals, preferably without ruining the seals for
obvious reasons, from a fastback? Trying to get the
'69 striped down to a bare shell to go to the body
shop. Its probably not that hard but I thought I would
ask before I start to force things. I searched around
on the web and didnt find anything.
