I did my underside with "Rust Bullet".   As per it's claim on the web site, 
the 1st coat was like the 1st coat of paint on new wood.  It all but 
disappeared.  The 2nd coat covered.  It's messy like por15 so I dressed up like an 
astronaut for the job.  It seems to be holding up.  I live in upstate NY & the car 
is an everyday driver.  It went through last winter & I couldn't find any 
signs of the rust bullet losing the war against salt.  On the negative side, it 
only comes in a dull gray color but you can paint over it with anything.  So 
far, I have to say, the stuff is living up to it's claims on their web.
