You can get OE sized parts of good quality almost anywhere.

Push rods almost never have to be replaced, but push rod tubes are a good thing to replace any time you take the heads off.

I was able to get FI-sensor-ready 1600 heads at the local foreign auto parts place. You can probably get them cheaper online.

I used my old push rods when I did mine. Just roll them along a table and make sure they're straight. The spring-loaded tubes, although attractive due to their ease of use, are to be avoided from what I hear.
