<x-flowed>I did actualy figure it out. I had to look back in the 61 workshop manual. 
The two marks are 0 and 7.5. At 180 out here is no flat spot at all, 
nothing, just a void of sameness. Valve adjustment was a bit tricky by 
watchintg the rotor move 90 deg. Remember this is an early large fan that 
was changed at 20k vin I belive. Weird early stuff.
