[T3] slip in gear?

Hi guys,

Usually when I park my car I leave it in second gear, and sometimes I also
use the emergency brake.

The other day when parked on a hill I left the car in second gear-and it did
not want to prevent the car from rolling back down the hill. What does this
mean? Is my transmission going bad, or mal-adjusted clutch?
