Had a stock rebuilt put in my 68 SB a few weeks back and just hit the 500 mile mark recently. I have done maybe 10-15% of it on highway and have kept the speed below 55. On my first few tanks of gas, i have noticed the avg mpg I get is 17-18. The engine seems to run fine and doens't seem to be running too lean or too rich. Any ideas?
