Well, it's USPS, _not_ UPS (I would rather deal with UPS than the government)...

I wonder whether such a claim would work... it would be obvious to the clerk that gave me the package that there was SOMETHING in there. AND, what do I claim is the "value of 1 T3 FI setup"?
