[T3] FI Puzzle - help with the pieces!

Anyone like puzzles?

I bought Brian's FI setup he pulled from his donor Square.  It came last 
week, but with the box OPEN!! D'oh!!   While we insured the package, I 
don't know what pieces I am missing, and Brian (not being an FI guy) 
doesn't know what pieces are missing either.  I don't know how to make a 
claim to USPS for parts I don't know I was supposed to get (*not to mention 
that I don't know what dollar value to assign, since I received _some of 
the pieces_, but not _all of the pieces_!).

Can anyone help me identify what I have, and what I am missing?  I have 
taken pictures of what I received... Brian set the air cleaner aside to 
drain the oil out, and forgot to pack it, so know that IT is accounted 
for...

I have written down what I think things are, but have not yet tallied what 
I DON'T have  (by looking at diagrams I have in various books).

I don't really want to return the package and deal with the hassle of 
getting a refund, but that is kinda contingent on what parts are now gone. 
(And who has replacements they want to sell! Preferabley cheap :-).  On a 
good note, when I bought the car, I also got a parts car to strip & keep 
what I want.  Though the engine is gone, there is a FI brain still in the 
car with what looks like a GREAT condition wiring harness. I was running 
late, and it was getting dark, so I did not get the part # off of it, 
though.
