[T3] noisy breathing

<x-flowed>G'day, Gents.

So there's this noise.  After a 40-50mph drive, coming back to idle, I hear 
a hissy-bubbly sound - closest I can describe it, is that sound your 
coffeepot makes when it's nearly done brewing.  Seems to be coming out of 
the breather / dipstick tube area.
No other symptoms accompany this noise.  It goes away after a minute or so 
at a stoplight, or immediately upon acceleration.

Anyone have similar experience, or wacky theories as to what I've got going 
on back there?
Please advise.
