Best thing is to remove the ignition/steering lock assembly.  Remove the metal
cover plate (plastic caps over the screws. or maybe it's behind the horn pad?)
and there's a 1/8" hole in the side (underneath?) that needs a small spike
pushed in to depress a locking spring ring.  If you have a key with the same M
profile, that will help pull out the lock assembly.  This is from memory, so
best check your Bentley.

You can get a key made to the code, but probably not locally and in a hurry.
