All of the bits, wiper blades and arms, hub caps, trim rings, jack,
tools, (spare fan belt on a T-1) etc, came in a cardboard box in the
front trunk.
At our dealers, they were not installed until the last thing, after the
car was detailed and ready for delivery. If the car had to be parked
outside, it kept things from "disappearing".
We usually put the jack handle inside the jack tube. And glued a little
piece of scrap carpet/upholstery under it to keep it from rattling.
