When I was changing my coupler I needed to loosen a specific bolt in order to remove one of the bolts that is used to attache the steering shaft to the coupler. This bolt attaches the steering shaft to the plate that attaches to the coupler, CIP calls it the shaft mount :) Look at this page and click on the picture: http://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=C26%2D425%2D015 The mount on the left is the one I am talking about. The shaft connects to this, and if that is loose the shaft will move by a certain degrees at a time on hard turns, especially if you force the steering past full lock. So, maybe is this?
