Yes, it's probably coming out the back of the MC due to the rear seal not functioning correctly. It probably only needs a new seal there, but if you change it, it would be worth cleaning the old one out thoroughly and seal it up with some silicone fluid to keep it from rusting. The fluid leaks out into the tunnel and it drains out of the vent underneath at the rear of the tunnel. Otherwise it is possible the rear pipe has split - they quite often corrode near the pedal assembly on LHD, but since you've been moving the MC pistons a lot, it seems more likely to be the seal.
