If you have this much fluid coming out, then it is almost 100% sure that the hard line is rusted and broken. Pull up the carpet around the gas pedal and look/listen while you depress the pedal. It should be obvious. Sorry, but replacing this line is the pits. Note that the standard replacement lines are about 1-2" too short. Normal brake fluid eats paint and will cause corrosion of the metal there, so clean it up as much as you can quickly. The best way to clean it up is with a sponge, and a bucket of water.
