I hope that everyone knows that these cases run with
negative pressure on them from the vacuum line going
from the oil breather to the carburettor intake.If oil
is forced out something is wrong with the engine, too
much blowby or the vacuum draw is not connected  to
the carburettor. I guess I'll get ready for a lot of
flames on this one, but it is true these engines are
designed for negative pressure and this has a tendency
to keep them from leaking a lot of oil, but on the
other hand if there is a large air leak on the engine
it will leak oil from other places.  Phil
