2 outer splines is about 24 degrees, which mashes your lower arm right against the bump stop. How do you drive your car? what are the roads like? How many miles in 8 years? Have you had the beam apart again to see how it looks? About 30Kmi on a lowered car driven daily is the limit for the beam innards from what Ive seen and heard, as opposed to well over 300K if properly set up and maintained. I cant see how it would hold up to the rigors of rough roads and highways that low for very many miles, and Ive driven mine with 0 caster on it when I installed a lowered beam many years ago, the stability at speed was night and day when I raised it back up and had the proper caster back. You CANT get it the alignment in spec when its lowered... the caster will be too low and if they try and compensate with other things you get other problems.
