[T3] fuel pressure gauge

<x-flowed>Hey folks, I 've been looking at fuel pressure guages, and they all 
have this 1/4 inch-ish o.d., long  polyvinyl tube coming out the side 
of them. The Bentley picture doesn't show anything like that, and I'm 
not sure what function this performs, where it would go when testing, 
etc., if the main black tube is supposed to go over the test port.

Is this not the kind of guage I need? It's the only avail around here.
